Hello everyone. This post is for a fantastic program called Final Draft 8. It makes it super easy to write documents in script format. The demo has all the features of the real thing, except that documents can only be up to 15 pages in length (and you can't legally publish the script). Seriously, if you have a large, text-heavy game in the works, then consider scripting out the dialog ahead of time. This program is perfect for the job.

It is really easy to use, although at first you might be lost. Notice the tab at the top of the page that probably says "Scene Heading." Just pull down that tab to choose if you want to write the name of who is talking, their actual dialog, etc and it formats it right away. Or better yet just hit TAB to cycle from a character name to dialog etc.

The file is 39.9 MB. Click free demo.

Absolutely.  And even though you can only save 15 pages at a time in the trial version, that is actually kinda nice for keeping track of scenarios.  Not to mention it is 100% legal.  Can't beat that!
