so you mean a skill that links to a common event that will add items "bullets" to the inventory?
its simple just do as i described, you know how to set a skill up to run a common event correct?

So you want a skill that gives you items? Make the skill event autorun, and on that event call the common event that gives you the item or just do it in the autorun event.

if you did it right (and you added the skill to someone) then you will be able to get bullets when you use the skill in game.

Then don't do blue's way. just make the skill event on Map 1 and make it autorun. Make sure u put in events and not a move route n make sure its autorun.
