@supercow - you'll need the new Wii HD to take advantage of the new Wii U controller and all of it's features, it's a good thing that all wii motes and nunchucks will work with the new console.

I've spent alot of $$$ on my 4 wii-motes with recharging stations.

I wonder if the U can play games on it's own? cool how you can use it as a graphics tablet, would make spriting a little easier ^,^

why cant the wii just need an upgrade like xbox buying new console cost more money and i feel sad for the ordinary wii being cast aside and all
dunno if i want to buy it now ,...worried in a few year there might be a new console caled "wii u+all"
