The third with the background is good.
It's just a title screen that you skip by pressing enter in 5 seconds, don't waste too much time on it.
We have just to know what is approximately the content of your game without spoilers.
The most important thing for a project is a good gameplay, so keep your title screen (you may create a game over screen like this also) and focus on player interaction.
