One I just found out is a common bug in Windows 7/8 where if you try to move a certain media file (.wmv's for me) from say a USB, it will show the error "Requested Resource is in use." A simple fix for this is to go to turn off the Preview panel in the explorer.exe (the window that shows stuff like C:, My Documents, My Music, Downloads, and etc.), which should be View>Preview Pane or Details Pane.
