On April 14th, Blizzard announced that all phones for Android and Apple products will now have a full functioning mobile version!
You game is about ~650MB on the Google Play Store, although you will need about 1GB of free space for additional updates.
I have a pretty low-end smartphone (Razer M) and it works practically flawlessly. The battery life is similar to an average game of it's caliber (Summoner's War for example). Mobile data is about 1MB per 5 games.

Isn't it crazy to think that all this required a desk top to run, but now its in your pocket. Not to mention that it only took what? Six years about to do? The advencments in technology astound me.
