This is a puzzle, of course it is quite understandable since you couldn't read this unless you solved the code. here's how to solve it. step one, this paragraph is in leet. Obviously to read it easier you would need to unleet it. That shouldn't take you too long. step two if you haven't already done so in step one, remove all the common leet terms like "ORZ" and "XxoR" and stuff like that. step three probably the hardest part of the whole thing was that it was completely in a mix of pig latin and leet called "pig leet". interesting eh?
if someone can crack it, its mr wiggles.
