My sound card has a short in it and it makes my audio go in and out unless I plug my headphones in.

when you are at a stop light and you see the driver in front of you is a woman putting on her make up and talking on her cell phone and when the light turns green you give her at least 10 seconds to start driving, but because she isn't moving you 'politely' honk (beep beep) not (beeeeeppp!!!) and she flips you off?
