Are you using AoE2? Also any expansions or patches you have? Think we'll need the same version for LAN. Diablo expansion too?

I have aoe2 with expansion, i can have it patoched nay way we see fit, with 1.0c or the 1k population patch, all fine by me.

Diablo i think i only have the first game, not any expansion packs for it.

Let me know which patch you want to play on. It's fine for me whichever one. I'm using the expansion.

Well the current patch i am running on AOE 2 is the 1000 population mod. We can always set it to 200 if needed too, it comes with 5 new civilizations as well, and some new improved AI and map generation.

um we are not sure the reason for this but the last 2 times me and mr.wiggles tried to play AOE after about 25mins into the game it would freeze and i would crash to desktop... so i dont know whats up with AOE but if we can do this then im up for it. As for the game everything everyone has listed in this tread is good with me. I play just about anything,lol.

It could be compatibility settings or something like that. Was it just you or both?

Wiggles can you link that patch?

well actually i was the only one who crashed to desktop, everyone else just froze, which i thought was kinda odd? I dont know, we will figure this out and have a game hopefully...
