I'm not sure why Riot Games didn't just make this another map and keep the old twisted treeline map, but whatever, there's a new Twisted Treeline now so you 3v3ers need to learn the new look, feel, items, capture points, shrines, bush locations, items in the shop, etc...
some what like dominion there are two capture points which grant your team bonuses and buffs
instead of dragon and the eldar lizard with the red buff,
there's Vilemaw...
adding more screen shots and tips...

I tried it out. 25/0/9 Ahri
I have to say, I like the pace of gameplay. It's all running around killing each other and trying to squeeze in some farming when you have the time. You need a champ that can farm well. I think Ahri goes well cos she farms like a hero and does it quick. Ahri's also best when you get uninterupted farm + that's easy on this new map cos everyone is running around.
It felt more like Dominion than 5v5 though. I think a part of MOBA is to farm around in your own lane, not just (as Onesimus said)"some shitty 3d rpg fighter". I like the pace, but its got a different feel. Im not one to be like "oh, it's got a different style, I don't like it" so I don't really mind.
But, if I wanted fast pace, I'd play Starcraft. But as Onesimus said "...that's too stressful, I need to, like, masturbate after playing Starcraft"

i havent tried it, but i assume the pace will be such as dom. Riots main focus has been speeding up gameplay since season 2 began. rather than sitting in the lane and farming, they want the face pace of starcraft. Think of the communities they are appealing to and trying to break free from. and one of the main complaints is that games are time demanding, and you can just pop in and play for 15 mins.. then pop out. well all know those 5v5s can def make you late for /school/work/girlfriend-time..
