I've heard of great companies starting off in the garage... well before there was a "GAMEFACE"
there was just a father with the time,the tools and the talent and a son with an idea.
stuck in my "rom" and "emulation" fixation... I wanted to take it to the next level...
"MAKE AN ARCADE CABINET" I had brought the idea to Pops and he simply made it come to life...
after a quick trip to home depot buying plywood, screws, and some plastic... we got busy...
I drew the outline on the wood and Pops whipped out the Saber Saw.

we cut the first side panel out and used it as a template for the other...

I remember getting all excited the moment we stood up both panels
because I knew this was the beginning of something BIG!

now that we had both side panels
it was time to cut out the top and bottom panels

with extra strips of wood on the inside it was a snap to screw it all together...

couple of wood planks and wheels for a tough foundation...
also a door panel (just to measure)

now to place shelves for the controller and one for the monitor....

now to secure the door panel for the bottom compartment.

OK! now for the almighty marquee!!! measure the plastic twice and cut once.

let\'s put a bottom plank to secure the marquee and stand this baby up!

we ran the wiring for the marquee light, put on the back panel,
and a panel cover for the controller shelf.

TADAH ~ our very first cabinet! THANK YOU DAD! you are the man!
from this point I had spent more than a year experimenting on how to
custom build and configure the system from the hardware to the software...
position the montior and make the bezel for the plexi-panel that protects the screen.
design the panel and marquee and load all types of media!
soon I will display the final prototype -=\"A.C.E.\"=- for all to drool over
and when our business is fully legit the world can start placing their special orders... ^,^
