I remember very well how much I did not like history back in high school. I used to be so closed minded when I was younger making jokes like History is a thing of the past, the only way History can help you is when you are on that game show Jeopardy. The reason why I don't like history teachers is because they live in the past, etc... etc...

Now that I'm much older and wiser and have a deep appreciation for all interesting things in life, I've learned to love history even more now that my fascination for a futuristic world, already happened in the past.

"Ancient Aliens" is one of my all time favorite shows. So many interesting "facts" and theories.

I really like how it states to decide for yourself and enjoy the experience.

One 'fact' that fascinates me is that the Great Pyramid is on the longest lines of latitude and longitude and lines up perfectly as a compass.
Advance knowledge and technology existed back then... where did it go?

I know a lot of this knowledge was lost when the library of Alexandria was destroyed and I'm certain more than a few pieces of equipment have been found and kept secret.
