So I was hoping of making this a designated 'movie' thread. (thread? < that the right word)
I recently saw Shawshak Redemption. Great movie. Not a new movie but it also doesn't have that 'we ran out of ideas' feel. Very sad and gripping storyline. 9/10

Just saw Breaking Dawn Part 1 - pretty good in my opinion + it got me back into the books.

Ok! so I've watched that new Judge Dredd movie called 'Dredd'
it was pretty b@D@$$ (you have to watch it on 'slo-mo' lolz)
another that was over the top was Yakuza Weapon.
omg this movie had some dude holding a naked lady shooting rockets out of her :~x purposely cheesy which is my flavor.
speaking of cheese ~ I started a topic

Watched a few movies this summer already like Wreck It Ralph and Place Behind the Pines. I expected Wreck It Ralph to be a little bit better, kinda bitter about the ending. Place Behind the Pines seemed all over the place and some scenes (one specifically) just didn't add to the storyline.

Odd Thomas... an uncommon film if you haven't seen it, the CGI was 'college' quality, but the movie all together was good.

Watched Fast and Furious 6. I liked it a lot. It gives more story to the series. It kinda doesn't make sense though if you haven't watched Fast 5.
