I don't do much with the community and I know that some of us still play League, so as a small give-back-to-the-community, I thought that I could help you guys understand and improve your play.

All you have to do is download LoLRecorder, a third party program (yes, it's safe) that records your games. There should be a file associated with that somewhere. The program says where, should be [C:\Users\User\Documents\LOLReplay\replays] Send that to me via dropbox/mediafire/whichever and I'll send you back some tips, maybe even put up a video on youtube for more hands-on details.
