A feeling of a distant watcher, anilizer in the begging. Then a kinda upbeat motivation 'hop' feeling that follows (like preparing for a mental battle, or undergoing one) in the beat after.
If the tempo was faster i could see this as "Time running out" music, a quick stressed but mellow beat. Maybe its that 'hi hat' is it im hearing around 8:10 ? Kinda like a ticking clock beat.
As is, it sounds like it would make intresting 'shopping' music for a futeristic mall.
