@gem - not really, but pretty much the same connectors and slots for motherboards and additional devices, some PC's are custom made ^,^
@wiggles - I've probably built over hundreds of PCs throughout the years for
past jobs, special requests and most of all... myself. Though it's easy for guys
like us, it's a talent you don't want friends or family to know, trust me :-P

I myself have been looking into building computers but I just say I'm too young to start, and a computer is massive, and I'd probably forget where everything goes if I don't practice at it.
