Mine is Windows XP. It just seems to have a home feeling. Grew up with it and since i spent so long of a time working with it i can easily find what im looking for or accomplish a task.

oh yeah XP! goes well with RPG Maker XP ^,^
it does have a home feel, stable enough, and powerful enough to do what I need.
If you ever want to trick it out so that it looks flashy like vista / win7
you can always use a program like 'window blinds' to make it look up to date.

I'm a Windows 7 fan boy I'm afraid haha.
I've been using it since the beta and then the RC, and now finally the end product.
It's clean looking, fast and stable.
XP's default colour scheme is horrible, all those primary colours - but get a good enough theme and you're sorted.
The only thing with XP nowadays is if you want to reinstall it and you have an early disc you spend most of the day having to update service packs and updates, I'm sure W7 will get there but for now I can install it and have it up-and-running within 30 mins (using a usb key).

@calvin - I have a USB flash drive with XP service pack 2(not 3)along with windowblinds (makes it look like win7 or os10), office 2007, Adobe Suite 7,and all of the other preloaded apps rolled up into one image file which takes about 30mins, helps when the household pc'z are having software issues and I simply don't have the time to troubleshoot.
(I have about 3 pcs that run on XP, my woman's laptop runs on vista and the boys have laptops that run on win7, when their laptops crash they have to run recovery discs, I just reload the image ^,^)
