ok guys, tidied up the reputation system
(GAME LEVEL)
in the forums (not the blogs)
you will see on the far right of the post header
if/when you find a post to be helpful, funny, cool, inspiring, informative, inspirational... click on it and give that person props! A heart will appear as a symbol of appreciation
oh and don't for get to use that thank you button
why bother?
well people who share, critic, joke,
carry conversation - need love too.
(*oh and slowly but surly I have been building VIP forums and the access such as the flash arcade, bikini blog, and other forums which will magically appear once you hit the GAME LEVEL quota some time this year.)

This is pretty cool G@MeF@Ce. Though I think if there was a negative button available to kinda older members to use. Reasoning:
With this the only way you'd see if someone is "not trusted/bad/not all that alright" is if you look at their level (let's say 50) and when they joined (let's say, 3 years ago). But even then someone still couldn't deduce that that particular guy is not to be trusted/etc because they probably just think that "Maybe noone could be bothered to +level them".
But if some guy had negative rep or someone saw their post with a negative rep, they'd figure out that it's probably not trust worthy.
Also if the levels only go up and up and up, when new guys join, they'll have to somehow get to like, level 250 to be in with everyone else. Whereas if there was a negative rep button, the guys that have hung around for a while won't have an insanely godlike rep and new guys can see whos untrust worthy.
And since the negative vote option is only avaliable for people who have been around for a while (like two years or something) or have proven themselves not a trouble maker (like if someone joined who was helping everyone) the negative vote/levels of other members could be trusted.

but I've added a new feature to toggle the categories & forums.
on the main forum page, you will see a small diamond in a circle (*too lazy to make a screen shot) on the far right +
I've seen this feature in other forums and thought some of you would like this small touch here in the underground.
I will also start writing instructions on how to use the Navi-HUD and Portal Compass as well as other features in case hovering over stuff with your mouse to read the captions isn't your style ^,^

yo folks, been busy wrenching on a few things that will make this place even more friendly and fun.
The new Awards ceremony + new Role Play system =
a new profile field:
racing against the clock, I've made quite a few icons
(over 100 24x24) to be used as
marks, awards, achievements, recognition, and profile equipment.
Marks: will be free to use to reflect who you are and what are your interests
*this will break the language barrier for our worldwide social networking as you can get a great idea of how someone is by taking a glance at their profile.
Awards: must be earned by doing great things.
*more to come on this...
Achievements: must be earned by meeting the requirements.
*such as reaching a 1000 posts, starting a popular topic with a lot of replies or view, etc...
Recognition: for those who are simply recognized for their unique presence and ability.
and last but not least
Profile Equipment: this will require the spending of your game credits.
this equipment will enhance your roleplay character to beat the site bosses with less rolls from the buffs. still under development, lots to work out.
in the meantime, click on your avatar, or the robot body in the center of your navi-hud, update your profile to get an early look at the latest development. once updated you can then take a look at anyone's profile under their avatars in all topic threads except for the Blogs (like the play-alongs)
please feel free to share your thoughts, any ideas, if you see something missing or needs to be taken away.
remember this is under development,
so keep checking as more and more options will be updated and added.
