I've heard tablets from Wacom are really good - I've always been interested in getting one, they're not that expensive either.

That is an awesome system build mate. You'll have to upgrade to Windows 7, having XP on that system is like putting a tramp in a porsche.
It might be worth seeing if there is a pre-built system with similar specs that you can upgrade (might be cheaper than the extra cost of buying Win7 and you're guaranteed Win7 pre-installed) - then again there's always pirate bay

I'd opt for the multi-touch version, does it have it's own OS? Win 7 supports multi-touch, it's meant to be really smooth too, could always duel boot.

Haha, I really like 7, XP was good but I kinda want to cringe at the default setup, all the primary colours :/
With a great theme though, XP is good.
Basically Win 7 is v3.7f to v3.6 lol - they went back and stripped out a lot of the stuff that wasn't needed, it actually runs faster than XP for those sat there thinking their system can't handle it lol.
