The poutine is a Quebec dish.
(the only good thing made in quebec lol! I live in this province and I hate that.)
It's made with Fries, Sweet Cheese and Brown Sauce. But it's the 2 extrems. You can have the worst dish in the world or the best. Middle it's rare.
You like that fat or light. Me, I love that fat.

It's why poutine is beautiful with this dish. You choose the cheese, the sauce (Yeah it's like brown gravy) and the fries.

The word sauce don't exist in english?
If no, I need to change my dictionnary! Exclamation

Cheese curds is basically cottage cheese. Doesn't seem that terrible. Sounds nice infact. It's hot when served right?
