Hey there movie buffs, if your like me (enjoys talking about movies that are about to come out before they hit the theater to know for certain you will see it on the big screen or wait for the home video ) then by all means talk 'soon to be seen' film here.
Just to get things started...has anyone heard about 'Iron Sky?'
This movie has a crazy storyline, Nazis haven't disappeared? They just went to the dark side of the moon!??
I admit that this one has good enough visuals for a block buster which may explain why this movie isn't going straight to the sci-fi channel but this kind of reminds me of 'Sky Captain and the world of Tomorrow'
Check out the trailers and share your thoughts about the whole idea...
I'm certain a few races and nations will be stirred up about it...
but that's entertainment

It's a totally sweet concept. Nazi's on the moon, plotting revenge. It's pretty badass. And awesome uniforms and stuff ( helmet, specifically). But if you think about it, Nazi's on the moon aren't really a threat, no matter how much they've worked on invading Earth. Their population would be low, invading from space would give NASA a week to notify the UN and then destroy the invasion before it hits the atmosphere.

^so true - but I think the advantage will be no one believing the reports, thinking it's all some dumb joke ~ nazi's from the moon!? lolz
this film is definitely inspired by the nazi ufo conspiracy and the fact that to date there has been no exploration on the far side (dark side) of the moon.

Well according to the history channel, there is proof of the Nazis trying to set up extra terrestrial connections to aid them in the war.

Pretty much, they have clones on this one guy operating the space station. The clones have a "contract" for three years after which they're "sent back to earth" (earth=incinerated in a shuttle). The clones (only one is activated at a time. After the first one's contract expires, another one is woken to replace it) are given preloaded memories of the guy that they're cloned off. And then great scandal occurs. Yeah, I'm terrible at summarizing....read the wikipedia article.

Sweet, then we'll have things like Moon happening. It's a movie. Don't worry if you haven't watched it, just read the Wikipedia article like I did. [:Mw360 wrote:I guess we will find out soon considering big companies are planning to mine Helium 3 off the moon here pretty soon.

Looks cool Gameface!
I just recently saw The Woman In Black. It has Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) set in a old London setting. It was pretty scary. And I also just saw The Hangover 2. Hilarious.

I pretty much don't watch movies :p I just get the occasional one that looks ok. I like stuff like "All quiet on the Western Front" (the newer version) and "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World"

I don't know gang... could this be one of the greatest video game movies ever made? "Wreck-It Ralph" has a star studded cast ~ of game characters! (only Disney could pull off the rights to using all of these video game characters ~ by owning them) After seeing this preview in the theater to watch "Brave"... that video game junkie in me wanted to see this movie so badly that I'm willing to stand in line, wait until midnight, and see it on a Thursday night!
oh almost forgot to mention another one worth watching if you are into CGI animation... Genndy Tartakovsky, the maker of Samurai Jack, Power Puff Girls, Symbiotic Titan, etc... is directing his very first major movie for the silver screen!
Lot's of familiar voices and lore.
