Water cooling is expensive and I would not suggest attempting to install it on your first build, so much can go wrong.

Cores: Yes if CPU type process' are important then a 8 core would work better technically for that task. However I would say that the no. of cores doesnt necessarly mean that it will be better, for all round performance and value for money go intel quad core you'll be suprised how much of a difference a modern CPU makes on frame rate and running of programs.

On a Australian website similar to NewEgg I found a Intel Core i5 3470 LGA1155 CPU 3.2Ghz 6Mb Cache Ivy Bridge, for $217 and a AMD FX-8150 Eight-Core 3.6GHz 16MB Socket AM3+ 125W for $230, AMD has a much higher power requerment and costs more ultimately its your choice.

With your budget you would be looking at a $200 2gb gtx 660 (Nvidia)

Once you think you have chosen all the parts you want make a post on /r/buildaPC they will help you find the best prices and/or change some components to maximise performance for you buck, I couldnt use it since I dont live in America and my choices are limited.

Every thing sounds good. I think a quad core would be good for me but later on. I will, this week, get a new graphics card like you said. 660 2gb gtx if I can find it. I don't want to be cheated so I'll got your site. Thanks a lot guys.

If you touch the pins with anything they will short the CPU or break the pins.

So there's no winning for losing?
At all? Be cause I just lost and lost.

I went with a platinum cs power supply first.

handy333, after your first, things get easier[/b]. Smile

such is life, those are words from a wise man! Smile

my personal advice is dont go cheap on the motherboard. Overall this should be the most important part of your build. 100-150 range that supports a wide range of videocards/cpus/hookups. ie: sata. xfire.. ect.. Cases should be the last part. And videocards/cpu should line up about equal importance. Videocards from the year before stand as the best bang for your buck. And building to play a specific game at MAX makes it easier, because forums/threads will tell you what it takes to run that game, no more/ no less. Cpu's factor in when it comes to what you plan on doing with it, and having an awesome Motherboard, that supports older and new cpu's will come in handy! pun intended.

overall take what everyone says, and post some deals that you find, and well collectively tackle this.

Thanks you guys || for the replies.

So this is what I think now:

I got a fair platinum power supply as stated above.
The motherboard is broken beyond repair but I talked to the manufacturer and now I'm sending it back for repairs/replacement. 50 + 18 = profit(I believe).

I savaged a few computers so now I have 3 hard drives in one computer all $160. One of them is a laptop hard drive.

Now what can I do with 3 hard drives of the same size? I was thinking use it as like cache and some other random stuff.

I have to get a housing sometime soon because my power supply is just laying around because it doesn't fit.

So far:
610 graphics card
550 platnium graphics card
Motherboard(pending repair/replacement)

Need a better processor, i5 intel maybe?

Graphic card will come later.

Do all the HDD's (Hard drives) have a SATA 3 connector, if not your mobo might not be able to support them. Also when deciding what to but on what HDD make sure you install windows on the fastest one it will make everything run faster.
