A T-shirt for many people is a statement about your personallity. You can kinda see it in your logo design that your company would, take t-shirt printing ideas im guessing, and they could design 'hot' pics of things they like, I.E. kinda like a mirror but you wear it for others to see (hence the head on fire poking out of a box) The box is like 2D paper and the design, thats yours and its a 'hot' idea that it 3 demnsionally comes off the canvas.
Least that what i see in the logo.
