Anyone know about a program that we can play with to make our very own StarCraft / WarCraft / Command and Conquer / etc... etc...
Looks like we have all the makers except the RTS
(Real Time Strategy)

Well, I've been looking for ages. Then I gave up. Then I figured I could start looking again since you asked. Here's what I found; A promising website with a promising picture, unfortunately it is under construction. So unless it was made in 2008 and has been dumped, I'm sure this'll go somewhere....

There was one called Freecraft but Blizzard sent them a letter....
Stratagus: Development halted, instead decided to work on a game, Bos Wars
