@blue: i get what you mean blue, ill try to fix it
@legault123: i tried gimp v2.6 and its kindda more like photoshop than paint, too many buttons confused me
i may try again another time, but for the time being gonna stick with paint thx for the suggestion and sorry for late response.
thx for the advice
i really needed it.
is this leg quite appropriate? it lose the scales, since im not very good at drawing scales

with head raised and hands down...looks like hes sitting / taking a pict
this can be used as base and the hand raised sprite before as atking sprite /spooking
or something else...hmmm....
