oh man, forgot all about this... well I have been tinkering with Windows 8 ~ and LOVING IT +

I need to find the pictures I've taken during the hardware installation for the HDdecoder, and the wifi/bluetooth combo card (which works great with win8)

got some more tips and tricks, software and recommendations for games and apps that are free, I will definitely update in the original post.

I'm actually looking for another S10-3t, heck the price should be low enough now that's it's years old, these babies are sweet after the modz & hax

After many hours of research, tinkering, crashing, reinstalling, testing, I have come the conclusion on what I consider to be the best config/setup for the s10-3t, possibly the most awesome netbook of it's time and ahead of it's time (b4 win8).

Hardware:

SSD - A solid state drive is a must! The 100G SSD was more than enough space to have separate partitions for multi-boot.

Max RAM - 2GB is a must! If there's a way to get 4GB let me know

HD decoder - for those mobile movie buffs, worth it!

Software:

Phoenix bios editor / WinPhlash - not only to edit and customize the bios splash screen, but to use the no whitelist bios to add the HD decoder (and other mini pci cards)
 

Windows 8 +

Sure it was fun messing with Android (Ice Cream Sandwich, didn't find Jelly Bean) on this touch netbook, but Win8 runs, looks, and feels so much better. Once you have edited the registry to downscale the video, and add the hax for start key in desktop and customize the metro (start menu) you will think your s103t has a faster processor. Win8 is not the best for "making" but it's great for "connecting"

Windows 7 Ultimate

Great for "making" , needed for editing the bios, and other tasks.
There is a difference in performance from the stock Home Premium.

Games:

I've tried quite a few games on this and some are a must to have handy to show off,
check the original post.

As for android, I didn't find myself using it as much so I no longer use android (since I also have the Galaxy Tab2 10.1) still pretty cool installed, but the grub boot loader isn't touch like windows 8 multi-boot screen.

Maybe, I will find a better mini pci combo card with wifi and bluetooth that works.
Until then I'm having fun with this touch tech toy and would like to hear about your s10-3t.
